Merry Christmas from the GM Custom Homes jobsite Christmas Eve day. Somewhere behind all those trucks is a new home. I lost count of Plumbers, HVAC, Wall finish and overhead door guys. As ussual, answered a few questions, other than that, all the guys are great!

I'm always available for a tour at any stage of the job. I truly enjoy building our customers dreams!

Pics of our latest completed home. This is a zero entrance home, slab on frost walls no basement. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an office. The home was built for a local not for profit org., it will be home for 4 disabled adults. Great org. to work for and it's a good feeling to build for those with disabilities.

The home is at 1333 Eastman St. In Oshkosh. Hope you enjoy!

I enjoyed working with you over the years, and I was very humbled and impressed with the work you and you teams did. Your work ethic is bar none. You catch every detail and correct anything that isn't just right on your own, to the way it should be.

Here's our latest finished project, 600 sq. ft. addition with 580 sq. ft. of the existing 1st. floor remodeled. Remodeling included: Laundry, laundry hallway, powder rm, entrance hallway, entrance closet, dinette, kitchen and dining room. We added 7ft to the rear of the house from the dining room to the dinette with a 22ft. x 16ft master suite included. I've included before, after, during and plan pictures.

My customers originally came to me with a request of adding 7ft. to the rear of the house and possible a master in the basement with an egress window. The project evolved into having a 1st. floor master suite. I presented four layouts, the layout with the hidden pantry as one of the choices. I was glad they went with the hidden pantry. and they are also.

This was one of our most complex additions (not the largest, largest was 2,000 sq. ft.). The large girder beam caring the second floor and then the challenge of finding ways to re-connect existing plumbing, electrical and HVAC that feed the 2nd. floor made for some interesting discussions and problem solving. You don't know exactly what you're going to encounter until the walls are opened up.

Couple teaser picks of a nice sized addition we're finishing up on this nex week. 600 sq ft added, 340 sq ft added to kitchen and dining and 260 sq ft 1st. Floor master bedroom. The pics are of the hidden pantry. I came up with 3 versions of the kitchen/dining area. They likes this design the best, I was hoping they would. More on the design
