Exciting Start for Dennis and Linda’s Home!

We’ve officially kicked things off! Ryan and the crew from G & B Concrete are doing an outstanding job. If you're looking for a reliable concrete company, give Ryan a call at (641) 891-4924 — their attention to detail and quality work speak for themselves!

Matt from Integrity Solutions (641)780-9581 has completed the rough plumbing, and Ryan will be back soon to prep for in-floor heating with 2" foam board. Then Tom from Brown’s Heating and Cooling (641)660-4452 will step in to install the in-floor PEX lines before the slab pour.

Need an outside building or Garage? We, at Leading Edge Builders would love to help you with that process!!
Our commitment to Quality:

#1 Grade Southern yellow pine (twice amount of pressure to pull out a screw than SPF Lumber)

Girts 2x6 SYP are installed every 2', using screws and cut to wall column spacing (see picture)

Purlins are recessed down from top chord of trusses

wall girts are flush to outside of building so that steel fits flush against framing

Brace to Brace or Loc connection is a stronger building (see picture)

All trusses are engineered to fit Iowa snow loads

Our metal is 29 heavy gauge with Limited Lifetime warranty on paint (paint thickness 1.0 mil) and 35 year fade warranty.
