We are looking for a helper/worker to assist with a few projects on our own land. 2-3 days a week for a few weeks at least. We are flexible with what days and when. We are also ok if this is a high schooler wanting to earn some extra cash. This will be a good amount of manual labor for example ( assisting with fence posts, processing wood, helping get insulation put up in shop and covered with tin)

Why is it more expensive to hire us versus an individual (with out an official business that does some property maintenance on the side)

1.) We are an official registered business that pays taxes on every $1 coming in.
2.) We are insured and bonded (if we get injured or damage property it does not affect the homeowner)
3.) Overhead costs (office space, shop and storage for our equipment, gas, utilities, property taxes)
4.) Reliable equipment and Maintenance
