This was so bad, top pipe was cut off and wide open. Bottom pipe picked up 2 bathroom sinks and kitchen sink, drain then reduces to about 1" before it goes into the main 3" cast iron stack. Fall was in wrong direction and pipe was full of foul stagnant sink waist.

Oh the home flipper strikes again. Complaint is sink doesn't drain very well and bubbles up. Repair requires cut out the non drainage elbow, and adding a air vent.

Sometimes just shutting off the valves under your sink can cause the little rubber parts to fray and clog the faucet. Good idea to flush the line before you install the new faucet if you are a do it yourself kinda person.

Whatever you do don't use any plumbing upstairs I'm cutting the main drain line!!!!! In all fairness it's like trying to use the microwave when the power is out, or trying to use a light switch when the power is out.
