What is now Team Negrich began in 2007 with a big dream, a tiny trailer, and a pressure washer.
We didn't have the biggest equipment, the nicest trucks, or a guaranteed path to success. What we did have was a willingness to work, a commitment to our customers, and the belief that if we kept showing up every day, the rest would come.
The trucks got bigger. The equipment got better.
The team grew. But the mindset never changed: work hard, take care of people, and never forget where you started.
Looking back…we're grateful for every early morning, every setback, every lesson, and every customer who trusted us along the way. What started as a dream has become something bigger than we ever imagined.
And we're just getting started.
