A mandatory 2 miles and what ever comes after is Bonus!

morning....stay off of it until the frost thaws!

When you walk on a FROSTED lawn.... you will

break the cuticles of grass and within the next

day or so.... you will see your FOOT PRINTS in

a nice brown color that, can last for a few

weeks until they grow out and are mowed off.
