Not all maintenance is created equal.

I was working on a rooftop unit next to a business when I noticed their condenser fan motor struggling to start. I found a bad capacitor and replaced it for the owner at the cost of the part just to help him out.

While I was there, I took a quick look at the unit.

The condenser coil was plugged. The condenser fan was running backwards. The filters looked like the picture below.
