🔥 GOODBYE CARPET, HELLO BEAUTIFUL NEW FLOORS! 🔥

This home got a whole new look, and the details really brought it all together! 👏

We started by removing the old carpet and leveling the concrete slab to create the right foundation for Mayfair Natural Oak LVP from Arbor Hills. The multiple plank lengths allowed us to create a more realistic, naturally staggered pattern that gives the floor a more authentic wood look. 🪵

But we didn't stop at just laying flooring!

✅ Removed old carpet
✅ Leveled the concrete slab for a proper installation
✅ Installed high-quality Mayfair Natural Oak LVP throughout the home
✅ Added custom metal trim around the fireplace for a clean, professional finish

🏡 Renovating your home? Don’t forget what’s underneath your feet!

This customer is completely renovating it to make it theirs — and we got to bring these hardwood floors back to life.

The floor had some large areas where the finish had completely worn away, a couple boards that needed replacing, and some good-sized holes that we repaired using wood rods instead of unnecessarily replacing entire boards.

We sanded everything down, made the necessary repairs, and refinished the floor — giving it a fresh, clean look that fits right in with the home's next chapter. 🔨✨

This Mission-style table came in with a flip-down storage leaf and plenty of character. We took it all the way down to bare wood, then brought it back to life with a fresh refinish that lets the natural beauty of the wood shine through.

🏡 100+ YEARS OLD… AND STILL SHOWING OFF! 🪵✨
These 100+ year old fir floors had definitely lived a life. They were covered with layers of shellac, paint, and carpet glue remnants—but underneath all that was some seriously beautiful old-growth wood just waiting for another chance.
We carefully refinished the floors and brought that natural character back to life, then sealed them with a oil-modified polyurethane to enhance the warmth and beauty without hiding what makes these floors special.
They’re not perfect—and that’s exactly the point. Every mark, knot, and bit of character is part of their story. ❤️

🏡 Out with the Carpet, In with the LVP!
This living room got a serious upgrade! Gone is the old carpet and we installed beautiful LVP, giving the space a fresh, clean look that’s easier to maintain and built for everyday life.
And of course, we didn’t just slap some flooring down and call it a day. 😉 We undercut the fireplace and walls for a tight, seamless fit, built and stained custom transitions, and gave the stairs a makeover with stained treads and freshly painted risers. It’s those little details that make a big difference!
But honestly, the best part of any job isn’t the flooring—it’s the customers. ❤️

✨ Talk about a glow-up! ✨

This old strip oak floor had a bit of an identity crisis... some boards were painted 🎨, others were stained a color of a time long ago.🤷‍♂️.

Our mission? Strip it all back, blend everything together, and custom stain it to match the existing hardwood in the rest of the home. The result? One beautiful, seamless floor that looks like it was always meant to be there.

It's amazing what a little hard work (and a lot of sanding!) can do. Another old floor gets a second chance instead of ending up in the landfill.

After years of being covered up and neglected, this beautiful oak hardwood got a second chance. Not every stain could be erased—after all, a floor this old has earned a few stories—but what a transformation! Those little imperfections are now part of its character, not something to hide.

We finished it with an oil-based finish that really brought the natural oak grain to life, giving it the warm glow it deserved. 🌳
