This customer had an issue with their building and concrete settling. We backfilled behind the building, tore out the existing concrete and poured back a new pad with a floor drain in the middle so he can wash his toys inside! You can see the wet spot on the finished floor where I demonstrated the drainage working, don’t worry it’s not a duck pond!
