It has been a windy, cold, hot at times and wet last several days! Spring in Iowa at its finest! Anyway...
Here are some before and after pics of an early season hardscape project we finished up yesterday.

It is part of the Jefferson St ignite program.
It is a program that encourages residents along Jefferson St to improve their properties. The program helps residents by paying part or all costs of projects that improve the property.

Our latest hardscape project:

Using Compac III Walnut block and XL Caps.
It was some tight working quarters but we managed 😆.

Found pieces of a Bloomfield Democrat from 1983. I'm guessing around graduation time by the drawings! Might have been when the original wall was built.

Latest project pics! Before and after:

Garden wall
Lakewood block 5 colors!
Universal 12" cap 8 colors!

The block is solid to work with for garden walls but we weren't for sure how it would turn out with all the different colors...
We are more than happy with the end results!

The oversized river rock we drove 45 minutes each way to get was more than worth the time and adds so much to the landscape! So much color and size variance!
Thanks to RS trucking out of Pella for hooking us up with the rock!

Our latest hardscape project:

Two projects in a row without before pics. Going to have to have an executive meeting about possibly firing the photo guy. Any way, I regress...

These folks were tired of their pups bringing mud in the house after playtime. So we installed a dogio patio and a first for LoA, turf!
I'll just say, flat, turf doesn't look to heavy, but oh are looks deceiving! 😆

Big shoutout to one of our clients whom we have had the honor of providing our services to for over 16 years, on their 30th year of providing awesome services for our eldery community!
