A+ Services Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a Plumbing Foreman. The desired
candidate will be experienced in the plumbing trade, possess strong leadership and
organizational skills. The candidate will be responsible for installing and/or overseeing plumbing
systems in new construction and/or remodel projects.

Responsibilities
 Lead installation crews while working as part of a TEAM in the field
 Responsible for all scopes for assigned projects
 Ability to read blueprints and order material in a timely manner
 Ensuring that projects completed on time and on budget
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
 Plumbing journeyman or master license preferred or equivalent experience and desire to
become fully licensed.
 Highly organized
 Excellent communication skills
 Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
 Capability to read and relay information on blueprints
 Strong work ethic with attention to detail
 Ensure workmanship and appearance
 Meeting deadlines
 Completing reviews and evaluations of field members
 Ability to run a safe and clean job site.
 Knowledge of building codes
