We recently completed a basement renovation project that presented distinct challenges due to low ceiling heights and the requirement of installing bulkheads around structural beams and ductwork. Despite these obstacles, the final result is visually appealing. To achieve energy efficiency, our team installed 1 inch foam board insulation on the concrete walls to create a thermal break, and then insulated the framed walls with R13 fiberglass insulation. We also had to cut out the floor in areas to install plumbing for a bathroom and laundry room area.

We recently completed a stunning kitchen remodel, where our team worked efficiently as everything was removed and ready for us at the start of the project. The kitchen boasts striking hickory cabinets and quartz countertops, complemented by all-new stainless steel appliances. The darker walnut and corrugated metal accents on the island's ends and back were installed by the homeowner. Furthermore, we installed matching bathroom cabinetry, and a new Andersen French door was installed in the family room.

What a transformation of this room. It was merely a catch-all spare room with a dropped ceiling and wall paneling. It had 9 windows and an exterior door. We completely renovated, removed 4 windows, removed the door and converted this into another bedroom with 2 open concept closets and everything brand new. I inadvertently omitted posting the final pictures of the 1,100 sq ft addition we completed this summer, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 large family room, utility room, and a walk-in pantry. The addition also includes a 10x10 composite deck with aluminum railing, as well as vinyl plank flooring throughout. The outcome surpassed our customers expectations.

We installed a few new vinyl windows and all new maple extension jambs and trim. Removed this bay window above the kitchen sink. These windows were installed 30 years ago by my dad and my uncle. We will replace the rest of the windows next spring.

This week's project was replacing 2 exterior doors on a house that is only 4 years old. This house was built by a builder from the area that did not use any sealants or flashing of any kind, and refused to fix the problems. There are still 2 more doors to fix properly. We had to replace the exterior sheeting, patch rotten sub flooring and even cut out and replace part of the floor system. We had to temporarily support the 2nd floor deck to cut out the rot behind it. Keep in mind, this is only 4 years old!

Are you dreaming of a new kitchen? Take a look at this fully remodeled kitchen we did earlier this summer. Its small, but beautiful and functional. All new maple cabinets, high resolution countertops with under mount sink, tile backsplash, all new flooring and appliances. We removed the old outdated cabinets and the soffit above, plus removed 1 of the half walls to open it up and make it more inviting.
