Frase Company is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our Team! This person will be responsible for completing construction work and property maintenance for our Residential Rental Properties. This person should have construction experience and be able to complete basic constructions tasks such as minor plumbing work, carpentry work, drywall replacement, painting, etc. Relevant Experience Required. Position would be Part-Time. Applicants should be Motivated, Self-Starters. Valid Driver’s License is required.
