Job Title: Underground Utility Project Manager

Job Description:
Nowco Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underground Utility Project Manager to join our team. As the Underground Utility Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of underground utility construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of underground utility construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utility construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of underground utility construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
