Last Friday, we participated in Dozer Days for their Constructing Careers Day, an event designed for local high school students to engage with companies and contractors. This was a fantastic opportunity for them to explore career options, discuss industry insights and training, connect with higher education institutions, and even try their hand at operating equipment with hands-on experience. We showcased a concrete pour demonstration to highlight the type of work we do. We're proud to have been part of this incredible event for several years! 🚧👷‍♂️
