That's how Lula CEO, Bo Lais, opened Lula Days last week—when our team comes together to celebrate, reflect, and look forward to the next quarter.

This time, we had a special guest speaker, Rick Burkholder, VP of Sports Medicine for the Kansas City Chiefs. He’s been to six Super Bowls and won three. However, what he wanted to talk to us about wasn't winning.

It was this: "Our business is about achievements. Our relationships are about fulfillment."

Rick shared a message on the importance of team, culture, and caring for one another. A message that aligns with one of Lula's core values, "We care for one another."
