Getting great feedback on our Open Cell Spray Foam option! This takes your 4" side walls from an R13 to R15. But the benefits just start there! Having installed it at my personal home, I can say we've experienced an overall quieter home, more stable humidity levels and better temperature holding. It also offers more sound damping between floors...helping reduce sound transfer from a home theater or golf simulator. Depending on which of our floor plans, the price runs about $3500 to $5200 for the exterior side walls.
