Demo is nearly complete, with the team preparing for the next phase of work.

The upcoming schedule includes frame layout and HVAC on Monday and Tuesday, plumbing layout on Wednesday, and saw cutting on Thursday. To keep these activities moving without a major schedule setback, the team is evaluating floor floating as the best approach.

Careful coordination between trades and the schedule helps keep the project moving forward.

Building momentum from the inside out.

Another productive day on-site with multiple trades pushing the project forward. Electrical crews continued above-ceiling rough-in, wire pulling, and terminations, while painters began the first coat of primer on interior walls.

Storefront installation also advanced along the east elevation, with the entryway tower storefront completed ahead of inspection. Septic tank demolition began, and MEP and framing inspections were conducted as we continue coordinating the next steps.

Follow us for more project updates and behind-the-scenes progress from the field.

A small change can have a big impact on a construction project.

In this clip from Blueprints to Punch List – Episode 29, Dave Grosz and Ken Fulmer explain why moving "just one wall" can create a chain reaction across multiple trades. What seems like a simple change can affect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, millwork, and even the project schedule.

Every decision on a job site matters, and understanding the full impact is key to keeping projects on track.
