This one was all about reimagining the flow of the space — and the results speak for themselves! 🛁
🚿 Expanded the shower stall into a spacious frameless glass enclosure with a built-in corner bench and large niche— no more cramped showers
🚪 Enclosed the toilet into its own private water closet for added privacy
🚪➡️🛏️ Closed off a second entry point to make room for a stunning double vanity + dedicated makeup/vanity station, while giving the master closet next door extra breathing room
🗄️ Added a tall linen closet for the storage everyone wishes they had
👗 Built out a custom closet system in the primary suite — function meets luxury

We layered warm, organic textures throughout — a warm-toned vanity with brushed gold hardware feels timeless without being cold. Underfoot, a pebble-inspired porcelain tile brings movement and texture, while the quartz countertops keep everything bright and clean. Every finish — from the brass shower hardware to the cabinet pulls — was chosen to tie the whole space together into one cohesive, spa-like retreat. 🤍

This comprehensive home renovation project successfully transported a 1960s residence into contemporary living with a complete kitchen overhaul and main area flooring upgrade.

The heart of this transformation features warm, medium-toned wood cabinetry. A major design decision involved removing the dated soffit and overhead cabinets above the peninsula—a bold move that dramatically opened up sightlines. This structural change eliminated the visual barrier that once made the kitchen feel enclosed, creating an airy, expansive atmosphere. The layout maximizes functionality with a peninsula island that provides additional counter space and casual seating, perfect for quick meals and entertaining. The handcrafted square tile backsplash adds texture and visual interest with its artisanal glazed finish.

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring in a natural oak finish flows seamlessly through the kitchen, hallway, and living areas. The wide planks feature realistic wood grain patterns, providing the warmth of hardwood with enhanced durability and water resistance—ideal for high-traffic areas.

This master bathroom transformation focused on creating an open, luxurious space that feels both functional and elegant.
The most dramatic change was removing the cramped, cave-like shower stall and replacing it with an expansive glass-enclosed shower that floods the room with light and openness. The old corner deck bathtub was replaced with a stunning freestanding soaking tub that serves as the room's centerpiece, positioned to take advantage of natural light from the window while creating better flow throughout the space.
A smart layout decision moved both vanities to one side, freeing up valuable wall space for a tall storage pantry. This keeps linens and essentials organized without cluttering the serene atmosphere. The double vanity features a crisp white countertop that contrasts beautifully with the warm, white rift oak cabinetry in a sleek skinny shaker style.
The floor steals the show with its delicate floral-patterned tile in soft whites and blues, adding vintage charm and visual interest. Gray textured tile wainscoting wraps the lower walls, providing subtle contrast against the upper painted walls while protecting high-moisture areas.
All the hardware and plumbing fixtures coordinate in brushed bronze, adding warmth throughout the space. The walk in shower features the same marble tile from the wainscoting, creating cohesive flow throughout the space. Dual rainfall showerheads, a handheld sprayer, built in niches, and a convenient bench make it both functional and luxurious. The freestanding soaking tub serves as an elegant centerpiece, positioned in an arched alcove that creates an intimate, spa-like retreat. A crystal chandelier overhead adds a touch of pure glamour. The existing dark wood cabinetry was retained and paired with new white quartz countertops with black veining that mirrors the tile used throughout the space. The antiqued mirror tile in the arched niche between the mirrors adds architectural charm as well as stylish storage. The renovation successfully updates the space while keeping with the French country aesthetic the homeowners love.
