The position would consist of day to day sales of our services with the potential promotion to a people management role. We are looking for someone who can manage their time, listen to customers, follow through on assignments and tasks, and be a problem solver. This person would have to be able to be business savvy to the extent of being able to take a general direction and execute in a timely manner.

Description:
-Daily canvassing for potential costumes, with over the phone, person to person, and email communication.

-Develop of personal marketing and branding strategies

-Ability to work in a team environment, with managers and production staff

-Computer and technology savvy. There will be requirements to enter sales data, documents, and notes into the company CRM

-Showcase a customer first attitude. We operate by a set of rules when interacting with our customers. This person must be able to abide by and act upon these rules at all times, with no exceptions.

-Develop content for their company affiliated social media accounts and company accounts.

-Be able to manage a Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram account on the day to day basis

-Take direction and work within a company hierarchy.

-Meeting weekly with their manager to discuss progress and check progress of KPI’s.

Experience:

-Ability to use a CRM, enter data, manage files and draw up estimates

-No prior experience is necessary, however person to person sales experience is preferable.

-Again not necessary , but having knowledge and experience in the insurance restoration construction industry.

-A work truck would also be a plus.

The position would consist of door to door canvassing. You will be assigned to a specific area as your territory and will be responsible for a quoted amount of appointments set with homeowners.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, ability to listen and understand customer needs, and who is motivated by money. The more appointments you set the more money you will make.

Job Description:

-Daily canvassing for potential costumes, based on an assigned territory.

-Understanding and reciting information or prepared statements.

-Ability to approach and talk to people in public, on the street, and in their homes about the company.

-Deploy knowledge of the product or organization and ability to sway opinions.

-Making cold calls.

-Ability to persuasively answer questions about the company.

-Attend rallies, shows, fairs, and other industry related events.

-Maintain a professional appearance.

-Meeting quotas set out by the company.

Experience:

-Ability to use a CRM and enter data.

-No prior experience is required, however previous work experience as a canvasser is preferable.

-Again not required , but having knowledge and experience in the insurance restoration construction industry is preferable.

-Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to:
-Sell ideas or products and sway opinions

-Work after-hours and on weekends.

-Work outdoors and walk/stand for extended periods.
