From the day I bought my first Kuuma stove, Glenn’s been a guiding voice in my sauna journey. His book helped refine how I build, and his classic “Ya mon” and deep storytelling make every interaction memorable.

Grateful for the friendship and all the sauna wisdom shared. Cheers to more good times ahead!

We recently escaped to the shores of Lake Superior for a refreshing stay at Larsmont Cottages in Two Harbors, MN.

Crisp air, lake views, and plenty of time in the sauna was just what the doctor ordered.

Looking forward to a return trip in less than two weeks for Sauna Days.

If you’re interested in sauna, wellness, or just a unique North Shore experience, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Curing another Kuuma (LP) 🔥

We recently had the pleasure of releasing another custom sauna into the wild. It was built for an AirBNB owner whose priority was on hosting larger groups and creating sightlines to the lake.

The changing room features live edge basswood benches that complement the walls and ceiling, which are also basswood.

The U-shaped benches in the sauna were a blast to make. They have three tiers and provide a great space for conversation warmed by the electric 9 kW heater.

We love knowing we get to play a part in sharing the goodness of sauna for future guests.
