I am based out of Owenton KY. For years I've provided friends and family help around their homes doing repairs and upgrades.

A big thanks for Lucas and Jenna Shelton for the opportunity to give their bathroom shower a makeover. The old shower had outlived it's life expectancy and needed a replacement. We decided to put in a shower in a similar footprint using a Schluter style shower system.

*The old pre-fabricated shower was demolished and removed
*A custom mud-pack base was used to keep the plumbing in the same location, a 48 hour leak test was performed prior to tiling
*A new modern glass door enclosure was installed after tiling

We made our deadline and made a huge improvement to the look and operation of the bathroom!

A big thanks to Sarah and Eric Gordon for letting me install two new matching entry doors and storm doors earlier this Summer. Their old doors were in poor shape and the concrete stoop was failing and falling apart.

*Two matching doors were installed with new storm doors.
*The concrete pad was removed and a new one new one poured.

A big shoutout to help we received from Adam Green and Brad Wilhoite from Transformed Concrete & Excavating. Adam helped cut out the old pad and Brad helped supply the concrete from one of their larger pours after EIS built the new form. It's great to collaborate with some of the best local businesses and individuals in the community.

A big thanks to some new clients at Elk lake for letting me give their kitchen a make-over this Summer. I Installed a new oven and organized countertops installed by an outside contractor. It was a successful facelift of their kitchen.

*Cabinets modified for slide-in range
*Coordinated outside countertop installation
*Completed installation of faucet and garbage disposal
*Tested new sink install and inspected all work

A BIG thanks to Tim and Kitty Cammack for letting me temporarily dismantle the side of their house to upgrade from a small 74" tall door to a standard 80"! Their boys were happy to not have to duck down when they come and go!

*Removed and replaced siding
*Resized door opening to accommodate new door without major drywall work needed
*Installed new weather flashing prior to installing new door
*Installed door with new door lock hardware, requiring a router and fixture to create pockets for new strike plates

Ever walk into room in your house and just know… it’s time for an upgrade?

We helped this bathroom go from Vintage Blue to Bold & Beautiful Pink!

The space was fully gutted, removing all the old tile, and rebuilt the room from the ground up with new tub, surround, and vanity. The bold pink really makes the room pop!

One of my favorite details of this project was finding a way to preserve a piece of the home’s history. We saved a couple sections of the original blue tile and framed them as decorative wall art to capture the spirit of the original bathroom while giving the space a completely updated look.

Helping a customer finish a floor project today. Another contractor did an excellent job installing hard floors, I’m trimming and reinstalling the molding and trim to complete the project.

Also had to cut out drywall in their garage ceilimg to address a problem with a leaking bathtub. Ater identifying and repairing the leak installing an access cover to make easier to repair in future.
