Let me reintroduce myself- Hey, I’m Lloyd.

Born and raised in Oxford, Connecticut, I’m proud to now be raising my own family in the same community I call home. After more than a decade of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, I decided it was time to build something of my own—Hummel Electric LLC.

Supporting One of Our Hummel Electric Family Members ❤️

One of our own, Tom, and his family are going through an incredibly difficult and unexpected time.

Recently, three large trees fell onto their home in Oxford due to the excessive rain, causing significant damage to their roof, bedroom, sheetrock, siding, and other areas of their home. The damage has forced Tom, his wife, and their family to temporarily leave their home while they figure out how to move forward.

If you’ve ever met Tom or had him work in your home through Hummel Electric, you know firsthand what an incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuine person he is. Now, we’re hoping our community can come together and help him.

A GoFundMe has been set up to help Tom and his family with these unexpected expenses. If you are able to donate, no amount is too small and every bit of support will make a difference. Sharing the fundraiser is also a wonderful way to help.

If you’re unable to donate, please keep Tom, his wife, and their family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this overwhelming time. We are hoping their home can be repaired quickly and safely so they can return home and regain the sense of comfort and security that was taken from them so suddenly.
