Great review from Lois... "What a great window and door team Dillon - Owner of Exterior Zone - has put together. Chris Cull, Project Manager, was the first to come see my oversized windows (a huge pentagon and 2 triangles) that had developed leaks along the lower edge which caused significant wood rot. Chris gave me what he thought the fix would be and the a detailed quote for repair of wood rot and replacement of the glass windows. Dillon came by to help w/precise measurements. When windows and materials were delivered, Ryan - Master Builder- and Nick - Associate level 3 -
arrived and we were off to the races!
This wonderful team of men are thoroughbreds and purple ribbon winners at what they do. I spent many hours watching them work 10 and 12 hour days
in the hot sun (windows are on the south side of my house.) I asked many questions of Ryan which he answered completely. Ryan and Nick were always pleasant and upbeat and had a ready sense of humor. They scrutinized every aspect of the work they did and Ryan made sure everything was perfect. Nick, 25 yo, ran up and down the deck to yard steps a hundred times or more! tirelessly. Always with a smile. Chris was here at the start of every day and 2 or 3 times during the day and at day’s end. He checked everything that needed to be done and had been done. Chris also listened carefully and answered any questions that i had. All of these men were professional, friendly always leaving the work site completely tidy at the end of each of the 5 days they were here. Chris “added muscle” to Ryan and Nick when it was time to wrestle with the Pentagon window. Dillon was here to help with final (huge) scaffolding takedown and clean-up. He told me how careful he is in hiring all employees. And how they have to “work their way up the ladder” to increase their pay. There are
other teams that do roofing, gutters and siding.
There is another job i need to have done
and Exterior Zone will be doing it because they are. THE BEST!!"

We had a chimney and roof leak repaired and decided to have their team add an upgrade to the face of our house along with gutters. I was amazed with the quality of workmanship especially around the curved window trim. They also worked with the roofing manufacturer to warranty materials needed for the job. Dillon and his team are very friendly and enjoyed having my 2 year old son watch in awe as they worked. Now, we are leak free and have lots of neighbors complementing about how great our house looks. Will definitely be using Exterior Zone again for any future repairs/upgrades to our house."

Today, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a reminder of sacrifice, courage, and the cost of the freedoms we are able to enjoy with our families, our communities, and our loved ones.

At The Exterior Zone, we are grateful for those who served and never made it home. Their sacrifice will not be forgotten.

Today we were out training a new Zone Advisor while completing temporary roof repairs to help protect the home until a long-term solution can be planned.

This is where real learning happens. On the roof. Looking at the details. Understanding what failed, why it matters, and how to communicate that clearly to the homeowner.

At The Exterior Zone, training is not just about knowing products. It is about learning how homes work as a system, how to spot problems early, and how to help clients make informed decisions.

Temporary repairs are not always the final answer, but they can buy time, reduce active risk, and give the homeowner a clearer path forward.

That is the standard we are building.
