Fun times with plaster repair!

This ceiling had the plaster detaching from the lathe and many many cracks all over it and the walls!

We scraped off the loose, peel bond primed the rest of the cracks, taped, mudded sanded, primed again and then top coated! You can even tell there were cracks there now!!

Pro tip: yes cinder block can be painted but you wanna make sure you use an appropriate paint to take into account moisture and ph levels in the brick! That’s why we use Loxon masonry primer/paint for any project that involves a first coat on fresh block! We care about your home as much as you care about it
