a special blend of crushed marble, glass frit, and polyester resin and/or alumina trihydrate fillers. These materials are mixed, and then poured into special designs and cured to a specified hardness. Cultured marble is a unique product. Not unlike natural marble, the color intensity and veining of each part is different from that of any other part. Variations in shading and veining are inherent characteristics of the product and one of its beauties. We provide pictures/samples as a basic color reference and we will never imply that the part shipped will be an exact carbon copy of the sample/picture. There is an acceptable degree of variation for which allowances must be made.
