A word of advice from a plumbing company owner and plumber if your water is not already frozen I’ve seen a lot of warning posts from other company owners. Water needs to be dribbling at a fine steady stream from faucet to sink or tub both hot and cold.
As to tankless water heaters most are in outside walls or attics both are susceptible to freezing there needs to be a fairly large stream of hot water dribbling. You can start this water and go look at thermostat to make sure the in use light is not on. Top right of thermostat small red light. If this light is on back stream down just until it goes off. If the light is on the water heater is activated and running this is not necessary to stop from freezing. You just need to have water circulating through the water heater.
If you have any fixtures lavatories, kitchen sink, shower tub or any fixture on outside wall water needs to be dribbling both hot and cold now.

Everybody do not forget to let your water dribble tonight. Open cabinet doors and let heat under the cabinets if they are on outside walls make sure water hoses are disconnected from hydrants, this needs to be done now if they are connected. Close your vents to the underneath of your house if this hasn't been done.
