Alpine Tree Service is an established Oakland County based company looking to fill multiple openings at our Oxford, Michigan location. We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives & ISA Certified Arborists Monday thru Friday, some weekends are a must… full time position only, we are not looking for any part time help.

Driver’s License and experience is a MUST. Pay will be based on level of experience and knowledge in the production Tree industry. We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible

Experience in the following is desired for the sales/ Arborist positions.
•5 years experience
•ISA Certified Arborist (not required for sales)
•Intergrated pest management experience is a plus.
•State certified pesticide applicators license is a plus, prefer 3b minimum.
•Application regulations and safety protocols
•Communication skills
•Emergency procedures
•General work site safety practices
•Hazard recognition
•Proper equipment use and maintenance
•Reading and understanding work orders
•Tree and shrub identification
•Tree biology
This position will consist of selling tree removals, tree pruning and all
Other aspects of production tree work. We are looking for a self motivated individual who would like to move this company forward and grow with the company. Pay will be based on experience with the possibility of commission based on revenues but will be discussed with each applicant individually. Easily 100k PLUS per year for a reliable, dedicated sales representative!

We are have been a succesful growing company for 15+ years and could use the help in this department as it is a lot of work and requires dedication and reliability from and individual.
This person MUST have a Chauffers license or cdl and be able to show up everyday and be very punctual with customers and other employees! Team work, and being professional inside of work and out is a must and will be asked of said individual.

Alpine Tree Care is also hiring ground crew as the season ramps up! We are looking for employees who are drug free, have clean drivers licenses and or chauffeurs/ cdl is even better! Experience is a must as we do not have time to train new help this time of year. This is residential tree work so its a fast paced work environment but safety is priority! We have all newer equipment including big and small loaders big chippers and stump grinders to handle the heavy stuff. We work between 8-12 hours a day during the summer and work 40 hours minimum all winter long (weather permitting).
Pay will be based on experience and we start employees who are qualifies off at $25.00-$30.00 an hour and pay can be as high as $50.00 for a leading ground guy in the industry!
