We are so glad that every one got an opportunity to learn from this project. In this event, students were provided with a surface mount soldering kit, a resistor, led, capacitor, chip, and a switch. We had a huge number of participation and we are thankful for those who came to event. After the “Soldering Training” program was completed on Monday, we followed up with next event “Soldering Workshop” (organized by IEEE) on Tuesday where students got hand on experience with Soldering. On this event, students were provided with a surface mount soldering kit, resistor, led, capacitor, chip and switch. As for the successful completion, the red led will turn on. The program was a success being backed up by Monday's Soldering Training.

We are very thankful to Dr. Paul Goggans, for helping us successfully complete "Soldering Training program" organized by IEEE. In today's training program, engineering students were taught professional soldering skills by Dr. Goggans. The whole Soldering process was demonstrated live on the projector and was explained. It was really a good learning experience.

For our next project, we went to Oxford High School ( Sabin, Rishabh, ). Every single moment we spent there today was fun. We are so much glad to see such talented students interested in robotics. We showed them our robots (made by Ole Miss IEEE) and explained how it works. At last we did a small robot car race competition(for Smartphone Controlled Bot) and awarded winners. For project we took 3 different robot car
1) Line Tracking robot
2) Smartphone controlled robot
3) Obstacle Avoiding Bot

From UM IEEE, four of us visited Lafayette HighSchool ( Sabin, Aaron, Birendra, Anish). We explained them about the working mechanisms of the robot car and the basic codes that drives it. We let them use it and at last we did small competition. For project we took 3 different robot car
1) Line Tracking robot
2) Smartphone controlled robot
3) Obstacle Avoiding Bot

IEEE and BMES members volunteering for UM School of Engineering Tent in November 11,2017.(Ole Miss vs Lafayette Game). It was great time working with Dr. Easson and School of Engineering team.
