I didn’t get too many pictures on this one as we were moving pretty quick but we turned garage space into living ( 2 beds , laudry and hall), rose the floor to correct elevation , insulated slab , added hvac to support added square footage and trimmed in double lap vinyl to match the rest of the home .

First floor remodel , full gut and relocated some walls, new kitchen cabinets full overlay in white oak , hidden pantry with underlite floating shelves , white oak engineered hardwood floors , 1/2 bath herringbone pattern floor tile and white oak staircase. Few touch ups left but should be complete for Christmas.

Small Shower pan repair , customer had water leaking on downstairs ceiling from damaged shower pan liner caused by screw head . Removed pan and made repairs in shower and downstairs drywall . Saving the customer from destroying the whole shower , current tile was unavailable so we opted to make transition with another color tile and they were satisfied.

Front and rear deck build with exposed beam trim details . The front tapered columns came out nicely.
