Project spotlight: Pismo Terrace, Pismo Beach, CA

50 units. 4 stories. Full kitchen and restroom cabinetry — fabricated, CNC-cut, and delivered from our Oxnard shop.

Every cabinet in this complex was custom shop-drawn and built in-house: white slab-style doors, full-extension soft-close drawer slides, lazy Susan corner units, light-toned solid surface countertops, and ADA-compliant vanity cabinetry throughout the restrooms. Both straight-run and L-shaped kitchen layouts across all 50 units — palletized and labeled by unit number for clean, efficient site delivery.

This was also a prevailing wage job with certified payroll and DAS 140 compliance handled entirely in-house.

The scale of a project like this is what we build toward — consistent quality across every unit, precise coordination with the GC, and zero excuses on delivery. That's what 35 years in this industry looks like.

🚧 Project Case Study. Stairs that needed a clean finish.

This commercial stair build called for durable wood treads, black metal railings, and a polished look that fits the space. We delivered precision fabrication and a finish that holds up to daily use.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR CALIFORNIA GCs AND COMMERCIAL DESIGNERS 🚨

Cal/OSHA just released a draft rule (Sept 2026) that would effectively BAN quartz countertop fabrication in California. Why? Engineered quartz is 90–95% crystalline silica, and cutting it creates silica dust that causes silicosis, a fatal, irreversible lung disease. Since 2019: 592 diagnosed cases, 31 deaths, 65 lung transplants in California alone.

Here's what GCs need to know: under OSHA's multi-employer rule, if a sub cuts quartz on YOUR jobsite without full compliance (wet saw, HEPA vacuum, P100 respirator, worker monitoring), YOU can be cited too.
