We just completed something pretty special — 9 custom CNC machined window inserts in 3/4" thick grey melamine, featuring a one-of-a-kind decorative pattern created entirely with AI-generated technology! 🤖🛠️

Here's the process that makes this project unique:
✅ AI generated the decorative pattern design
✅ Pattern was converted into a DXF file format
✅ Our in-house CNC router machined all 9 panels to precise specs
✅ The result? A design that's beautiful, consistent, and completely custom

PROJECT REVEAL! 🏢✨ We just wrapped up a beautiful commercial tilt-up building out of Los Angeles, and we are SO proud of how this one turned out!

Our scope on this project included custom-built cabinetry, countertops, and one of our favorite elements — a fully custom wood wall cap running the entire length of the staircase. That warm wood handrail trim against the crisp white walls and modern black staircase is the kind of architectural detail that makes a commercial space feel truly finished. Add the exposed industrial ductwork above and you've got a stunning, modern warehouse-office aesthetic that really pops! 🔥

We're on-site at UCLA Medical Center and the work is in full swing! Our crew is installing a complete package of custom millwork for a brand-new medical facility — and this one carries some serious weight.

This room will house a Medical Linear Accelerator (LINAC) — cutting-edge technology used in cancer treatment. When you're building the environment around that kind of equipment, there's no room for anything less than perfect.
