This customer had to have his edges redone every couple years. I assured him we could fix it one time and eliminate his issue all together. The problem was the walkway partly ran along the top-edge of a hillside. And the tall grasses have the wrong root system for this design. The solution started with digging a foot wide trench underneath(and under-lapping) the edge of the pavers and filling it with some leftover wall block and paver base, tamping and washing it in. Then a couple of inches of mortor to set pavers in. It’s important to leave a low clean outer edge so the pine straw can be tucked. We reinforced the surrounding ground and locked in the pavers with mortar.

This customer asked if we could upgrade his timer and leave his indexer valve. We gave him a new rainbird controller with an easy, readable lcd screen and a new pump start relay.

Got called out to fix this brand new residential water main install…😆 they came off the meter with 3/4 reduced down to half inch, buried it, then came up out of the ground 60ft later with 3/4 and a bunch of nonsense.

We started this project this past november when our customer decided to get a swimming pool. We had to coordinate and work in steps with the homeowner and other contractors. Originally their backyard was all grass being watered by Rain Bird 5004 rotor heads. We first had to locate, isolate and cut the existing zone and (2) other pipes that fed the side of the house and part of his front yard. The pool company then came and installed the pool and pavers. We then returned in january to reconnect the (2) front and side zones and convert the rotor zone to a potential drip zone by way of creating different sources of water to feed the drip irrigation until the pavers and drains were completed. We then returned in April to connect the drip and water his plants and trees, while simultaneously saving him money by cutting out any excessive water use and helping with w**d control. We placed the drip pipe in a schedule 40 pvc pipe where there will be any potential foot traffic.
Next step will be continuing the drip to water the side and front plants. Along with outdoor path lights and uplights for the trees. Which will be after the pool screen, stepping stones and ground cover are installed.
