Rotted porch posts were removed and replaced with sturdy solid 6x6 posts to improve both strength and curb appeal. We also completed soffit repairs where squirrels had caused damage, along with replacing damaged soffit vents to restore proper ventilation. Per the customer’s request and current budget, no painting was completed at this time.

Phase 4 is officially complete on this massive half wrap-around covered deck transformation. We removed an existing 12' x 20' deck with ramp and upgraded it to a spacious 15' x 24' structure, complete with a 26-foot ramp for improved accessibility. To finish it off, we installed under-deck skirting to help keep critters out and give the entire project a clean, polished look.

Constructed a lean-to enclosure featuring two separate storage areas, including a window installed in the rear unit for added natural light. The structure was painted to match the existing shed for a seamless appearance.
Removed the existing French doors and installed a new sliding glass door. The project also included pouring an 8' x 12' concrete pad and building an 8' x 12' insulated patio cover to create a functional and protected outdoor space

Complete interior refresh:
Removed the outdated popcorn ceiling and applied a fresh re-texture for a modern look. The walls were also re-textured and finished with new paint throughout the ceilings, walls, and trim. To tie everything together, we installed a brand-new vinyl plank floor, giving the space a clean, updated feel from top to bottom.

Completed a full interior update by removing select walls and outdated slot board, then installing a full wall of slot board and finishing with a fresh coat of paint to enhance both functionality and appearance.

Back to a project we completed over a year ago! We added three more recessed lights to this tray ceiling to brighten up the space and give it an even cleaner, more finished look.
