We did something a little different today and screened in this back patio! ☑️

As much as we love building barns, it was nice to have a change of scenery and take on something a little different. We really enjoyed bringing this outdoor space together and giving the homeowners a comfortable, screened-in area to enjoy.

This customer had a deck that was about 80% complete, but life happens and finishing it got put on the back burner. We came out to get it all finished up, and add a few features. We built a small bar table around the edge of the pool, as well as a 5x5 platform with a stair set for the kids to jump off of, and make it easier to get in/out 🔨🪚✅

Although we are not experts at everything, we work with contractors that are! Bates Lawn Care & Landscape installed this gorgeous paver patio, we built the roof, and English Seamless Gutters LLC came to finish it off with a gutter install. We all worked together to make this a one stop shop for this customer and keep the project as smooth as possible ✅🪚🔨

40x48x14 all wrapped up. Each one of these 8x8s got 18” of #5 rebar, and 1120lb of concrete! This build also got 150MPH engineered trusses and a 26g roof. 🪚🔨🔩
