Just finished a 900 SF ADU- built next to the large family home..We had to ultimately tear down the existing carport structure. Built a whole new home, (ADU), with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living area & fantastic kitchen.. shower with a no curb linear drain. Kitchen stovetop is induction. Homeowner is very happy with their induction stove in the main house.

This dragonfly is a beauty. It seemed a bit tired or sick, and stayed still. Those gossamer wings actually work to levitate it through space…at Stanislaus River in Big Trees State Park, Arnold, Ca.

Tile Master Bath..great tile job in our latest Oceanview project. I love the vertical textured tiles which is a very buttoned down look. The floor tiles provide some color and perspective. All the tile edging is shiny stainless steel. The shower linear drain allows for a no-curb entry.
