Wilson's Plumbing & Heating is here to help you with all your essential needs, and we thank you for your trust in us. We have updated our process with your safety in mind, and we ask that you please read what to expect when we come out to your home:
At-the-Door Safety for Customers and Technicians
• Our Technicians are following new precautions when visiting customers, including maintaining a safe, six-foot distance during at-the-door conversations, throughout our visit, and entering your home only when necessary.
• We also have replaced paper receipts with email receipts (no signature needed), discontinued any promotional brochures, and eliminated any back-and-forth handling of our tablet device.
• Please give the Technician your email address (if we don't have it) for your safety.
• In order to minimize any contact, we will still accept cash or your check, but we ask that you leave it on a counter/doorstep/etc. for the Technician to pick up at the end of the service call only after your problem has been resolved.
• We also accept Mastercard & Visa, and you can read it to the Technician, or we can call you for it. Payment due at time of completion of work no billing.
For Your Information:
• We have strict safety protocols in place for all employees.
• Our office employees adhere to social distancing at work – including six-foot distancing from all colleagues.
• We’ve staged shifts to limit the number of employees in the office, and most are working from home.
• We follow the CDC’s health and personal hygiene guidelines and conduct symptom checks with all employees.
• We also are sanitizing our office and warehouse more often, ensuring our workplaces are clean and safe.
• All our employees are equipped with mask, gloves, and shoe covers, we also use a uniform cleaning service.
We hope this makes you feel comfortable and confident with trusting us with all your plumbing and heating needs now, and for years to come.
