Cold weather doesn’t usually “kind of” damage a house, it either does… or you’re prepared.
Save this and knock these out before the first freeze:

✅ Disconnect hoses + insulate non–frost-proof spigots
✅ Close crawlspace vents
✅ Exterior-wall plumbing: slow drip hot + cold (1 drip every 1–2 sec)
✅ Know how to turn on aux heat
✅ Find your main water shutoff (and make sure it turns)

A kitchen that looks beautiful and works beautifully.

We installed these countertops and carefully set and leveled every base cabinet so drawers glide and doors close right. We also adjusted the upper above the dishwasher with a custom piece so the faces line up cleanly. Because there’s no quartz backsplash, we hand-fit the top to the wall and tile—no gaps to catch crumbs—and it’s level across the room (within 1/16").
