🏗️ WEEKLY PROGRESS UPDATE | Building for What’s Next

Another productive week on site, and you can really start to see this space taking shape!

This week, our team focused on the behind-the-scenes details that will set the stage for the finished space:

🔨 Insulated the ceiling
🔨 Framed the pool table cabinet soffit
🔥 Started framing the fireplace soffit & ceiling
🔩 Installed ceiling channel in preparation for the next phase

These may not be the flashy finishing touches just yet, but this is the work that makes the finished product possible. Every soffit, channel, and framing detail is carefully planned to bring the overall design together.

We’re making solid progress and getting one step closer to seeing the vision come to life. Stay tuned — there’s plenty more to come!

🔨 BEHIND THE SCENES | BASEMENT PROGRESS UPDATE

There’s a lot more that goes into a remodel than what you see in the finished photos—and this stage is where the transformation really starts taking shape!

Our crew is currently working on packing down the main ceiling and building in the soffit. With plumbing, electrical, ductwork, and structural components overhead, careful planning is key to creating a clean and intentional finished ceiling.

By packing down the ceiling and framing the soffit, we’re able to work around those necessary mechanicals while creating defined, finished areas that will ultimately look like they were always meant to be part of the space.

This phase is all about the details:
🔨 Framing and laying out the new ceiling
📐 Building in the soffit around existing mechanicals
⚡ Coordinating around electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
🏠 Creating the structure for a clean, finished look

It may still look like a construction zone now, but every piece of lumber going up is bringing this basement one step closer to the finished vision!
