Tresger Construction's excavation services assisted on a high end landscaping job on a 148 acre private estate in Hunting Valley. Just an unbelievable place, to say the least. The owner is into art, which includes and projects to the outdoors too. Sculptures, monuments, spheres, an earth mound, and landscape art.

A 1916 Sears Catalog Home. They would ship the entire house by rail to the purchaser. Sears sold more than 70,000 mail-order homes between 1908 and 1940. It's estimated that about 70% of Sears houses are still standing today.

After various delays and endless problems that had to be solved, the Craftsman Style House project has finally been finished. The house at 875 N. State St. was put on the market a few weeks ago at an affordable price of $143,500, and had an overwhelming response and many offers. Unbelievable! Very proud to be giving back to the community of Painesville

Moving along on the Craftsman Style House renovation project. New electrical and plumbing updates are done. Drywall has just been completed with tapers now right behind to add their finishing touch to all the walls and ceilings.

More pics of the Craftsman Style House Renovation Project.

All the framing of walls, joists, and replacement rafters are done. Pocket door is framed in and installed. Some of the sub flooring had to be replaced in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. We were able to save all the original transom windows in the family room, but had to replace nineteen other windows with new ones. Also we were able to save the original cast iron tub upstairs but we had to install a new tub / shower unit in the downstairs bathroom.
