Getting the spring AC maintenance started. Been doing this for 20 years and seen enough July breakdowns to know why this matters.

Checklist for today:
- Inspect contactors for pitting.
- Test capacitor ratings (keep them within 6% of spec).
- Clean condenser coils for better heat transfer.
- Check refrigerant levels.
- Test amp draw on fan motors.

Better to find a small issue now than a dead system when it's 95 degrees. All work comes with a one-year labor warranty.

The silent airflow killer.

Seeing this often with mini splits lately. As the blower ramps up and down to maintain temp, it pulls in more than just air. Dust and pet dander collect on that blower wheel over time. Result is diminished airflow and a unit that has to work twice as hard to keep you cool.

Efficiency takes a hit and your electric bill follows.

Spring is the perfect time for a tune-up. We pull the covers and get that wheel cleaned up before the summer humidity hits. Keeping the air moving and the unit running at peak performance.

Combi boiler install. Radiant in the floor and on demand hot water. Navien can produce 5gpm of continuous hot water. With an outdoor sensor this boiler is 95% efficient.
