🛠️ It comes down to durability, since standard wood simply can’t compete with composite’s rot resistance in a humid climate. We handled this transformation by demoing the old unit and engineering a new frame with Trex | Outdoor Living Products boards and custom-painted black railings.

By adding cable wiring and custom build gates, we created a high-end look that won’t splinter or fade.

We began by installing custom-patterned, high-durability carpeting designed to handle the foot traffic of a busy Airbnb.

Next, our team integrated a custom LED lighting system. We mapped the room to ensure the glow was consistent and the wiring remained hidden for a clean, professional finish.

The final stage involved strategically placing classic arcade machines and adding some design finishes. ✨
