KnR has been awarded the second phase of a beautiful Nassau County apartment complex. This project will consist of 112 units and 5 buildings with 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom floor plans. We are pleased to be selected as the electrical subcontractor for the expansion of this complex that is already thriving next to top-rated schools, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Projected completion is set for the second quarter of 2027.

KnR Electric is ecstatic to announce our first awarded project outside of our typical southeastern borders. This project is an Urban Transition Multi-Family Mixed-Use Development at a historic location in the state of Pennsylvania. This building is being remodeled into a brand new multi-family living facility while keeping a small ode to its past life. The proposed 7-story project will include terraces, an outdoor community patio, commercial retail space, and a two-story parking deck. We are honored to be chosen as the electrical subcontractor for this unique development which is expected to be completed in the summer of 2028.
