HELP WANTED – PUMP TRUCK DRIVER & FULL-TIME HELPER
Top Notch Septic is growing, and we’re looking to add a couple of motivated, dependable people to our team.
We’re not just looking to fill positions. We’re looking for people who want to learn a trade, build a career, make a good living, and grow with a company that rewards hard work, integrity, reliability, and initiative.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
🚛 PUMP TRUCK DRIVER
* Class B CDL with tanker endorsement required
* Septic experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
* Acceptable driving record required
* Drive a pump truck to customers’ homes and businesses
* Locate and dig up septic tanks
* Pump, clean up, reseal, and collect payment
* Offload at the wastewater treatment plant
* Maintain accurate daily paperwork
* Ability to work independently once properly trained
💪 FULL-TIME HELPER
* No CDL or septic experience required
* Starting pay depends on experience
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
* Learn pump-outs and service work while gaining experience occasionally with installations, repairs, and other aspects of the septic industry
* Opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced people in the field
* For motivated employees who prove themselves, we’re willing to pay for you to obtain your Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
* Opportunity to move into a driver position and significantly increase your earning potential
WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DIFFERENT?
There is no set timeline for raises here.
If you prove yourself in 30 or 60 days, I’m not going to make you wait a year to make more money just because that’s what a company policy says.
Raises are based on what you bring to the team: your work ethic, reliability, consistency, ability to learn, initiative, versatility, and the amount of responsibility you’re capable of handling.
I believe in developing people into leaders who can eventually work independently. The more you learn, the more responsibility you can handle, and the more valuable you become to the team, the more opportunities you’ll have to earn.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
This is physical, outdoor work.
The hardest parts of the job are working outside in the Florida heat and digging up septic tanks. It’s definitely not a desk job, but it is a trade that can provide a solid career.
Several of our current field guys have been in this industry for 15+ years. There’s a reason people make careers out of this work.
Mechanical or diesel experience is also a big plus. We believe in versatility, and there is always something to learn or something productive that can be done.
Like starting any career, you don’t jump straight to the top.
The difference here is that we allow people to excel at the pace they’re willing to work for.
If you want more responsibility, learn more. If you want to make more money, become more valuable. If you want to move up, show us you can handle the next opportunity.
