At present, we employ more than 100 employees and are always looking for Certified & experienced employees. Bill Morrison, President, started at MRI in 1992 as a Service Technician, was promoted to Service Manager and then to Vice President. In 2004, MRI completed a successful ownership transition from Karl Kiser to Bill & Cindy Morrison. Since then, MRI has continued to grow while maintaining the same quality of service to our Clients. With future growth in mind we dedicated a state of the art in-house IT Department that manages all of our information systems over a wide area network. We implemented a GPS Vehicle Tracking System that records location, data, driver behavior and vehicle performance. We also implemented redundant systems so that we stay up and running during power or internet outages. Smartphones, tablets and laptops are utilized by every Service and Maintenance personnel to access our electronic ticketing system, online forms, online inventory and email. Area Supervisor's and Service Managers are equipped with "Mobile Offices", giving them the ability to securely access office data and applications from any location. This allows our managers the freedom to manage their field staff effectively and still be connected to the office, thus enabling them to be in two places at once. Setting up a robust computer infrastructure means that we will be able to hit the ground running effectively and efficiently every day. One of the keys to our success is remembering that we are here to serve the best interests of our clients by following their policies & procedures and to meet and exceed their expectations. MRI is presently serving Brevard, Volusia, Seminole, Marion, Putnam, Flagler, Indian River, Miami-Dade, and Monroe county, with satellite offices in Daytona Beach and Miami.
