🏡 What you DON’T see in a finished home matters just as much as what you do.
We’re making great progress on this new Alexander Model, currently offered for sale at $1.1 million and scheduled for completion in October.
We wanted to take you behind the walls before the drywall goes up so you can see some of the details that will eventually be hidden.
At this stage, the major mechanical systems are in place, electrical and plumbing have been roughed in, and the spray foam insulation has been installed along the roof deck.
Why spray foam?
Because we’re not only thinking about how this home will look on closing day. We’re thinking about how it will perform for the homeowner for years to come. A properly designed spray foam system can help create a tighter building envelope, support energy efficiency, improve comfort, and help with temperature and humidity control.
This is also an important milestone in the construction process because so many decisions have already been made—outlet and lighting locations, plumbing, low-voltage wiring, blocking, mechanical systems and much more.
Soon, drywall will cover it all.
That’s why we believe buyers should understand what’s behind the walls, not just what’s going on them.
