What an incredible Lunch & Learn! 🏡
Today, we had the opportunity to host a room full of local real estate professionals for an educational session focused on helping agents better understand vacant land, new construction opportunities, and the path from lot purchase to homeownership.
The event was led by our Broker Meili Viera Porter I Real Estate Strategist, who shared her expertise on evaluating vacant land, identifying buildability opportunities, understanding site challenges, and helping clients navigate the often-overlooked opportunities available through land and new construction.
