😭 There was a toilet sitting over this. It was about to fall through the floor! Sitting on one floor joist unevenly. Repaired the Sub sub floor and sub floor then came the underlayment then floor. (Underlayment and floor not pictured). Also the piping and valve was fixed. Then a brand new toilet! No more scary 💩's.

If you don't stain/protect it you will be replacing it every 5 years ! 3rd time I've done these stairs.

The whole 18in.wide x 25 foot long side of soffit was rotting.this side was behind the shed and was not necessary. Instead of rebuilding it which would be pricey, I removed the whole side and capped it nicely with a fascia board which you can see unpainted in the last picture. Had to replace a small piece of the overhanging roof. All went well and saved some money too!
