1 year old home with a seldom used guest bathroom upstairs. The customer had company stay with them and the whole bathroom stopped up. We got the stoppage clear after multiple attempts of cabling. 1 month later, it happened again. We ran the sewer camera down the line after clearing the stoppage again. With the camera and locator, we were able to locate this inside the wall in the garage. A test plug is inflated inside the waste line to fill the system with water for inspection, to ensure there are no leaks. Once inspection passes, the test plug gets deflated and removed, and replaced with a permanent plug. The original plumber never removed from the plug!

Emergency! One of our commercial accounts had a leak in their 2" main water feed to the building. 35' up in the ceiling! No way to get up there without the man lift. They had to shut down for lunch but were back up and running for dinner service.

We pulled this water heater out of a second story condo today. It was in a drip pan but there was no drain line. Who knows how much longer this customer had before the heater really let loose and gave the neighbor downstairs an unpleasant and unexpected shower. We got them all fixed up with a Rheem professional classic model. We capped the drain port of the drip pan and advised the homeowner to get a water alarm. Now they're back in business! Today we got a call from a new customer. They said they had water coming through the wall at the outside of their house. They called their plumber and he came to the house to diagnose. He told them because of the age of their house, they needed a complete repipe in order to fix the problem. This couple (both retired, tight budget) asked through a local Facebook group for a recommendation for a plumbing company. Our name was given, and they gave us a call. Upon getting to the residence, we discovered water coming out of the wall directly beneath a hose spigot. We cut open the drywall on the opposite side of the exterior wall which was their living room, and discovered that the original plumber used a long nail through the wooden stud and bent it down to hold the 3/4" copper in place. Dissimilar metals in contact with each other will cause corrosion, which is what happened here. A quick 15 minute repair, followed by a small drywall patch, and they were up and running. There was nothing wrong with the pipes in the house. Bottom line is, you need to be able to trust the contractors you hire to perform work at your home.
