We're excited to reveal our newest completed dream home in Palm Coast!

It started with a simple idea: a house where everyone gathers in one room and the ocean is always in view. So the great room got zero-corner sliders that open the whole wall to the balcony, with a second living space for the quieter nights. Do you remember us featuring the backlit countertop? It's now featured here, completing the upstairs area!

4,551 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, three stories, and a Nichiha exterior that holds up to salt air.

What goes inside the walls matters as much as anything you'll see on a finished tour.

At our upcoming Parade of Homes build, Karen starts with the insulation we install between the floor trusses to cut sound transfer from one level to the next. Alesha then shows the foam around the outlets and in every empty cell of the concrete block, which keeps street and traffic noise outside.

Why does Intracoastal Construction prefer standing seam aluminum roofs?

In this week's Tuesday Spotlight, our superintendent Bryan tells us why. The fasteners are hidden, and the higher-grade aluminum holds up in a salt environment.

The roof featured here is upgraded silver, and it comes in many other colors and looks.

The piles you see above ground are only part of the structure. Thirty feet below, subterranean piles connect to and support the foundation that will carry a second-story pool.
