North American Fire Protection is hiring a Traveling Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to lead crews on large-scale industrial projects across the country; cold storage, food processing, mission critical, distribution and manufacturing facilities.

This isn’t light commercial work.
This is national-scale industrial fire protection.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️Has 8+ years of fire sprinkler experience
✔️Completed an apprenticeship or holds journeyman-level experience
✔️Can lead crews, drive productivity and command a job site with confidence
✔️ Takes pride in quality installation, leadership and accountability

When the gong rings in our shop, everyone hears it. 🔔

It’s our way of marking a win.

But around North American Fire Protection, the gong isn’t just about closing a sale.

It represents the entire journey that led to that moment, the conversations, the strategy, the relationships built over time, and the hours of preparation and persistence it takes to earn the opportunity.

Nothing meaningful in this industry happens overnight.

Every project we win reflects the effort of many people working behind the scenes, estimating, design, operations, leadership, project management, accounting and the field teams who ultimately bring the work to life.

You’re exactly right about one thing — this isn’t just about a building. It’s about investing in the people, the trades, and the future of the fire protection industry. The training facility is something we’re incredibly proud of because we believe the next generation deserves real hands-on opportunities to learn and grow.
