The SeaFrame Residence
In Atelier Design’s ongoing pursuit for the balance between solid and void, and between public and private space, we have sculpted the SeaFrame Residence, a contemporary coastal home. Crisp white volumes, punctuated by deep glazed openings, frame expansive views of the sea while carving out sheltered alcoves.

The public and private realms are clearly expressed: entry terraces act as communal thresholds, while upper-level recesses and balconies cradle more intimate living and sleeping areas. A layered palette of smooth stucco, warm wood, and dark metal reinforces the home’s tectonic language, balancing weight and lightness against the ocean backdrop.
